At Aries Leo, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable).

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or accessories.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Minor colour or finish variations caused by lighting or screen settings.
  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless received damaged or defective).

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the package
  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup wherever return pickup service is available.
  • If pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address.
  • The returned product will be inspected after it reaches our facility.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only after successful inspection.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via Bank Transfer or UPI after collecting the required payment details.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

However, if the return is approved due to:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

Aries Leo will bear the applicable return shipping charges.

Replacement Policy

If a replacement product is approved, it will be dispatched after the returned product has been received and verified, subject to stock availability.
