Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the courier partner, delivery location, package weight, and dimensions.
The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Tamil Nadu: 2–5 Business Days
- South India: 3–6 Business Days
- Rest of India: 4–8 Business Days

Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Remote delivery locations
- Courier operational delays
Aries Leo shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email or WhatsApp.
You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier partner's website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will usually make multiple delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Aries Leo is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please:
- Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged.
- Take photographs of the package.
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
International Shipping
Currently, Aries Leo ships only within India.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
